Come to Bordertown!

Leda will be soon inviting people to come spend a few days in Bordertown over Christmas break. Specifically: Sunday Dec 27th-Tues 29th. Now while she will be sending invites to specific people, the trip is open for all. She'll send out a mass e-mail (handwaved) after inviting the specificals.
For those who are not familiar with Leda's canon, Bordertown is a city that lies on the border between the Human world and Faery. It looks primarily like any medium to large human city at first glance. Then you might notice little things like, say, gang members with pointed ears, or motorcycles going down the street with no wheels.
There will be opportunities to run into some Bordertown notables while shopping and clubbing. (There's lots of shopping and clubbing opportunities.) Also for those who'd like to, there will be specific threads if you want to get a little action, i.e. violence. But you only need ping into that thread if you want.
The most important thing to note about Bordertown, is that magic and technology are completely unpredictable. A gun might blow up or not go off. Or squirt water. Say you summon Bahamut, you might get Donald Duck or an irritable wombat instead. Those effects are totally moddable. The simpler the spell or tech, the more likely it is to work. Most things are powered by magic as it's much simpler to do an energy spell than to get the chemicals in gasoline or the wiring and electrical signals in other things to work properly.
I'm sure there's more I meant to tell you but it escapes my mind at the moment. Are there any questions?
